Complete waste of money. Book is no book but more of a pamphlet. There are misspelled words, none of the pages are numbered as a book should be, the content not organized as listed on the "title page" but more importantly all of these recipes can be found either in the Internet or in other recipe books. It doesn't appear as if any of the recipes are original creations. Dont waste your time or money, esp if you're looking for additions to your own personal library. At the least, the author could've listed the oil categories and fragrance notes. Total disappointment. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I don't even want to give one star but have to in order to review.
Found this book easy to read and full of simple and easy to follow recipes of blends. The explanation of which oils blend well was interesting.
Flimsy in both content and packaging. This basically a few recipes printed out someone's home computer and passed off as a book. There is nothing new or particularly insightful included. Keep shopping and pass on this one.
I love that the book gives multiple recipes along with different ways to use them. Very helpful and they work!
Oh I love this book and I love essential oils. They actually do heal. Some you can take internally but some not, so be sure you know what you are doing. This book will help
I am trying to educate myself on essential oils. This was a great start. Simple recipes that don't require a large arsenal of essential oils. This book will be my go to when I am in need of something quick. I really enjoy the book.
I like this book because it was easy to follow the recipes. I am a beginner at using essential oils. Some books say you can use this or that, I need something specific to start. The are several recipes for some things and that's ok. I also appreciate the warnings about how to use the oil and what not to do.
